Upon picking up the pill bottle on the sink, a stall will mysteriously open.
David internally complains about his drug addiction and the players are briefly given control. A camera roams a hospital to Aphex Twin's Hankie, and its journey ends in a bathroom where the players (in-game)/ David Leatherhoff (in cutscene) are. Upon a successful vote, the map will change. Each area end with a button that, upon pressed, will start separate votes for which ending will take place. The players spawn in a black, sketchy nightmare world where there are three paths to go down an urban parkour area on the left, a nightmarish parkour area in the middle, and a forest area on the right.
